Hi, Im Sam Carfora, the founder of TheraOps Solutions — a consulting practice born out of years of hands-on experience in the behavioral health and substance abuse treatment world.
I created TheraOps with one clear mission: to help treatment centers operate more smoothly, efficiently, and compliantly — without burning out their staff or draining their budgets. I’ve seen firsthand how chaotic systems, unclear workflows, and underperforming billing practices can hinder even the most passionate teams. And I knew there had to be a better way.
